A four-time champion, Dan Cammish has enjoyed success at every stage of his racing career. Culminating in back-to-back Porsche Carrera Cup GB titles in 2015 and ’16. His 2013 season in Formula Ford EcoBoost 200 is the stuff of legend, winning all 24 of the races in the championship, with 22 pole positions and 19 fastest laps.


Max Coates

Max is a popular driver in the British Touring Car Championship paddock, a champion and multiple race winner.  Having competed in Motorsport for over 17 years Max is experienced, professional and dedicated. He came 2nd in the world championship in the Renault Clio Cup in 2018. 


Dino Zamparelli

You don’t need to look far to work out why Dino is so good at racing—his father Mike is a former F1 Powerboat racer. Dino has competed at the highest level in each series he has raced in. Most recently for the last 4 years in the Porsche Carrera Cup. 2nd in the championship in 2016, tied on points for 1st in 2017 and 2nd in 2018. 


Perry McCarthy

Perry McCarthy has had an amazing career, notably racing in Formula 1 and a Works driver for Audi in the Le Mans Endurance Series. Most recently Perry appeared on BBC's Top Gear motoring show as The Stig. He also provided commentary on F1 races for the BBC in 2009.

Thomas has had an incredible career, winning the Le Mans 24hr race twice in the LMP2 class and the Le Mans Endurance Series twice in the same class. He has also win the British GT and Formula Renault Championship.

Stuart is an ARDS B instructor. He coaches for a living across many disciplines racing, drifting, car control and rallying. He is passionate about passing on skill and confidence to his pupils. A champion in his class in MINI Challenge UK 2017.

 Andrew Cohen-Wray is one of the UK’s leading Mental Performance coaches, his work sees him supporting many athletes from a variety of different disciplines and sports.

He is equally comfortable in Olympic stadiums as well as Formula one paddocks. As part of his business Athlete in Mind he has created his own Mind Management model called “The Running Reaper” here he works with athletes/drivers to tame the internal dialogue that often sabotages and hijacks their performances.

From a driver support aspect Andrew has experience working with F1, F2, F3, Formula E, LMP, Porsche Carrera Cup and Radical drivers. 

The services Andrew offer are completely bespoke to the driver or team, he can support you on our simulators, at track days or provide a full race season support service. Andrew can also work with teams to ensure ‘High Performance’ practices are in place at every level to ensure the best results for teams and drivers. 

All work is carried out in the strictest confidence, so you can be assured your opposition will have no idea about your secret weapon when you arrive in the pit lane.

As well as 1-2-1 support with athletes and drivers Andrew also works to create High Performing teams within business, he is a co-director at 1404 Performance with Gold medal winning Paralympian Danny Crates.
